The Agency conducts quantitative marketing research in Saint Petersburg, as well as in the Leningrad, Pskov, Novgorod, and Murmansk regions, and the Republic of Karelia. We apply a wide range of methodologies, including street surveys, point-of-sale interviews, hall tests, and mystery shopping. The Agency maintains its own staff of professional interviewers and recruiters.
ES Marketing Agency also recruits respondents for qualitative research projects, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and expert interviews.

ES Marketing Agency operates a modern focus group facility equipped with a one-way observation mirror (Gesell mirror), with options for live online streaming, as well as audio and video recording of focus groups and interviews. The facility includes a television for presentation of materials, air conditioning, a flip chart, and a cork board. The focus room is available for rent in Saint Petersburg for research and business events.
